LUCKY stars under the caps on new-look bottles will win Stella Artois Cidre consumers prizes ranging from limited-edition chalices to an adventure on a Fijian island.
The competition will run until 28 August as part of the launch support for the new designs of all bottles and cans of Cidre Apple, Pear, Peach, Raspberry and Elderflower.
The launch will also be supported by TV advertising from early July.
The brand team expects more cider producers to introduce small packs in 2016 and that flavoured cider sales will continue to grow.
A spokesperson said: “Flavoured cider is offering the most excitement.
“In order to respond to the trend, it is important for brands to ensure they are developing and producing products that appeal to women and flavoured cider should be considered a key focus for brands.”
