Pesto producer Sacla’ is adding to the free-from category with the launch of new Bolognese Pasta Sauce and Besciamella Sauce for Lasagne.
The two new variants are suitable for vegetarians, certified gluten-free, egg-free, and are made in Italy by the founding Italian family.
Sacla’ launched its first free-from pesto variants under a year ago.
Clare Blampied, managing director, said: “The two new free-from sauces will hopefully provide an authentic Italian offer to the rising number of consumers with a propensity to the category.”
