SYMBOL store group Londis has restructured its sales team and equipped them with new technology,in a bid to help retailers build sales and profitability.
Regional sales managers now cover smaller patches, meaning, says the group, more visits for retailers and a higher level of local knowledge for sales managers. All RSMs now have tablet devices which, the firm says, allows them to give on-the-spot insight and recommendations on store standards, refits, range and offer.
