THE team behind giant chocolate brand Cadbury Dairy Milk is planning to bring some excitement to Britain’s retailers’ sharing bags shelves with the launch of new Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles this month.
Pebbles are small, shaped bites of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate in a sugar shell. The new product is the latest in a line of Cadbury bitesize bags that has included Twirl Bites, Crispello bag, Bitsa Wispa and, most recently, Cadbury Crunchums.
Brand owner Mondelez International said the launch would be supported by digital activity, PR work and in-store promotions.
Sally Barton, brand manager, said: “Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles’ sugar shells contain the nation’s favourite chocolate inside. Their playful personality and fun, pebble shape and colours make them ideal for family sharing time, whether it’s for an afternoon treat or something sweet to accompany the big Saturday night blockbuster.”
