New variety can bring a little bit of theatre to a morning cup of tea, company says

The Scottish Bee Company continues to push the boundaries of honey production with its latest launch Cranberry and Ginger Blossom Honey.
Blossom honey once again takes centre stage, this time playing host to zingy cranberry and the warm, spicy tingle of ginger. In September last year, the company launched its Blossom Honey Chocolate Spread, which was awarded two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2025.
‘We’re very proud of our latest addition,’ exudes Scottish Bee co-founder, Suzie Millar, ‘it spreads perfectly on toast, adds extra oomph to one’s home baking and even brings a little extra theatre to that all-important, morning mug of tea.
“Better still, as the latest supporter of our Repollinate charity (supporting school education schemes and planting wildflower bee havens), this seasonal blend is perfectly placed to showcase the distinct skills set of Scottish beekeepers, whilst supporting the rural economy.’”
