Building up excitement through limited edition packs

CAKE loaves brand Soreen has launched a series of limited-edition seasonal Mini Loaves for the Halloween and Christmas periods.
Aiming to boost retailers’ sales across both seasonal events, Soreen has introduced a new Cookies & Cream Mini Loaves variant for Halloween and a Salted Caramel Mini Loaves variant for Christmas.
Both are available for a limited-time only and look to drive up profits through the seasonal events whilst bringing new shoppers into the category in doing so. Soreen reckons these new variants will help to deliver on the consumer demand for more healthy products, while still keeping more permissible treats in their diets.
The Soreen Cookies & Cream packs feature five Mini Loaves that are under 100 calories each and provide shoppers with a source of fibre. Further to this, each pack boasts eye-catching and playful pack designs featuring a zombie with the brand renamed ‘Scream’ on-pack to drive visibility and tie in with the Halloween season.
Meanwhile, the Soreen Salted Caramel variant features a more Christmas-themed scene complete with a snowman and penguin design on pack. Both packs come with an RRP of £1.25 each.
Both launches will be supported across shopper marketing investments across both in-store and online. Soreen is also bringing back its ‘Your Squidgy Little Pick-Me-Up’ above-the-line campaign to screens across the UK. The multi-channel campaign is centred around a creative TV ad.
