New York Bakery Co. has entered into two new categories for the first time with the launch of a new range of Sub Rolls and Soft-Baked Cookies options.

BAGEL brand New York Bakery has entered into two new categories for the first time with the launch of a new range of Sub Rolls and Soft-Baked Cookies.

Rolling out to shelves now, the new ranges aim to cement the brand as the “definitive New York-style bakery brand” in the UK.

The New York Bakery NYC Subs offer consumers sub rolls that are “big, bold and bursting with flavour” and offer a new take on traditional sub roll options. Each variant offers a soft-inside and chewy-outside roll that mirrors the authentic New York deli experience.

The new range comes in three different flavour variants with Original, Italian Style Herb and Roasted Onion. Formats include a two-pack for all three at an RRP of £1.79 each as well as a four-pack option for the Original Sub Rolls with comes with an RRP of £2.99.

Meanwhile, the New York Bakery Soft-Baked Cookies encourage consumers to indulge their sweet tooths and tap into the demand for evening treat opportunities.

Launching in Chocolate Chip and Salted Caramel & Pecan variants, the new range is exclusive to Tesco stores now and comes in packs of four cookies with an RRP of £3.99 per pack.

Each pack of the Soft-Baked Cookies also include a “Best Served Warm” message as well to help deliver a classic NYC bakery-style treat for the home.

The new launches come part of the brand’s ambition to drive up its presence with UK consumers which also includes a new marketing campaign for its range of bagels.
