Unwrap new stock for the upcoming festive season
CONFECTIONERY giant Mondelēz International has offered retailers the chance to peak at what’s under the tree for Cadbury this Christmas as the firm rolls out its new treats for the festive season 2024.
Offering a range of festive delights that will help to build up excitement with consumers across the Golden Quarter period, Mondelēz has rolled out three new SKUs for Christmas 2024.
First up is its new Cadbury Puds Minis which build on the relaunch of Cadbury Puds from 2021, offering consumers a smaller pack size and brings the hazelnut chocolate treats into a bitesize bagged format for the first time. The 73g bags feature the Puds’ festive design on pack and come with an RRP of £1.98 per pack.
Helping to further build up the festive spirit during these months, Mondelēz has also rolled out a limited-edition Oreo Gingerbread cookies variant. The new cookies feature a festive themed embossed cookies complete with the brand’s cream centre.
The new Oreo Gingerbread packs come with an RRP of £1.50 each with a Christmas design as well to further improve stand-out on shelf.
Helping consumers to countdown to the big day, Mondelēz has also rolled out a new Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar variant with the Cadbury Dairy Milk Creamy Advent Calendar. Featuring 24 piece of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate with soft creamy filling. Mondelēz reckons this new launch will offer an ideal opportunity for consumers looking to trade up during the Advent season. RRP for this launch comes at £4.99.
Alongside the new NPDs, Mondelēz has also confirmed the return of two popular gifting options for its line-up with its Cadbury Buttons Selection Box – which now includes the brand’s Cadbury White Buttons alongside packs of Cadbury Dairy Milk Orange, Caramel Nibbles and Milk Chocolate – as well as the return of Cadbury Dairy Milk Winter Mint Crisp 360g tablet bar.
RRPs for the two products sit at £6.50 and £3.50 respectively and offer an extra addition to Santa’s sleigh for this year to build up the gifting opportunity.
