Energy drink brand returns to £1 price point
ENERGY drinks firm Boost Drinks has announced its rolling back the price on its Juic’d range to return to its £1 price point.
The reintroduction of the £1 price-marked cans will be seen across all flavours in the Juic’d range as Boost says it aims to continue its commitment to offering great value following feedback from both retailers and consumers.
Boost said it recognised the importance of a £1 price-marked pack for the convenience and wholesale channels in particular as it can help to provide customers with a sense of getting better value as well as a point of difference not found in larger stores.
This decision also aligns with recent market trends for 500ml cans of energy drinks with the segment in particular enjoying a 20% growth in the overall energy drinks market, according to Circana market research for the year to 23 March.
Adiran Hipkiss, commercial director at Boost Drinks, said: “By repositioning Juic’d PMP at £1, we are enabling retailers to attract more customers, drive higher sales volumes, maintain healthy profit margins and build strong customer loyalty, all while staying competitive to the market.”
