Canned fruit brand moves into the freezer
CANNED fruit brand Del Monte has made a move into the frozen aisle with the launch of its new Frozen British Strawberries.
Available exclusively in Iceland stores across the UK, the new launch from Del Monte offers consumers a convenient option to enjoy strawberries the year-round, sourced from a local farm in Norfolk.
Hand-picked at the peak of ripeness, the strawberries are then immediately frozen to help keep their retain their flavours and nutritional value.
The new frozen fruit packs retail for £2.25 in Iceland stores with a special offers of two for £4 as well as a three for £6 online deal and in The Food Warehouse stores.
