SUNTORY Beverage & Food (SBF) GB&I has brought back its retailer exclusive Win the Weekend competition for the second year running.

Aiming to give retailers some much deserved time off, the competition will give two lucky retailers this year the chance to relax at a two-day Spa break. The winners will also receive help to cover their absence from SBF’s own network of retailers.

To enter, retailers simply need to email their name, store name, address and contact number with the subject line “WIN THE WEEKEND 2” to SBFTrade@hanovercomms.com.

In addition, eight runners-up will receive a cash prize to go towards taking some time off for themselves. Entries close at 5.00pm on 29 September 2023 and terms and conditions apply.

Andrew Pheasant, head of key accounts at SBF GB&I, said: “We had a huge response to the first Win the Weekend but the extraordinary number of entries show us this is a key issue we need to keep working on. 

“We appreciate that not everyone can win this competition, but what we hope is that the education we provide will help retailers take a step back and look after themselves.”

COCA-Cola Europacific Partners has revealed its first ever on-pack promotion for Costa Coffee RTDs.

Running until 30 September, consumers can scan QR codes seen across 250ml cans of Costa Coffee Latte, Caramel Latte and Vanilla Latte variants to access a Costa game and have the chance to win thousands of exclusive prizes, including last-minute summer getaways to Ibiza or the USA, festival tickets, tech, food delivery vouchers and more.

The promo can also be seen across 4x250ml multipacks of the Latte and Caramel Latte variants.

To mark the arrival of the first promo, CCEP is also giving retailers the chance to win a share of £7,500 cash for themselves as well as for a charity in their community.

Retailers can enter this prize draw when they purchase cases of Costa stock at participating wholesalers or when they request POS kits from the CCEP trade website and showcase them being used in store.
