Hendrick’s Gin has expanded on its Cabinet of Curiosities with a new floral launch
A NEW addition has come to the Hendrick’s Gin Cabinet of Curiosities with Hendrick’s Flora Adora.
Described as being a sweet floral tasting release from the Ayrshire distillery, Flora Adora comes at an SRP of £33 with a 43.4% ABV.
The bottle is decorated with a butterfly motif on its label, which Hendrick’s reckons will help grab consumers’ attention.
Labels across the back of the bottle also suggest some “signature serves”.
Lesley Gracie, master distiller at Hendrick’s, said: “I find it really relaxing to watch the butterflies and bees busy at work in the garden – it’s fascinating to me how they seem to settle on some plants more than others.
“Certain flowers are more enticing to the pollinators and it’s these blooms that I’ve used to create a botanical blend for Hendrick’s Flora Adora.”
Ally Martin, global ambassador for Hendrick’s, said: “Initially, on the palate, you’ll get juniper alongside classic coriander. The earthy, herbal note of angelica is more apparent here with Hendrick’s Flora Adora, and brings out some of the herbal notes in the flowers we’ve added.”
