SPAR Scotland embraced the spirit of the Commonwealth Games by teaming up with the Healthy Living Programme (HLP).
Inspired by the Commonwealth Games, HLP reps visited Spar stores in Mastrick, Glamis, Blantyre, Abronhill and Alloa to help run sports days for children, with Spar supplying free fruit and water.
Kathryn Neil, programme director at HLP, said the roadshow was “an opportunity to encourage children to get active throughout the summer.”
