MONDELEZ has rolled out a new promotion across Cadbury Hot Chocolate.
The promo offers shoppers the chance to win a ‘Perfect £5000 Weekend’ of their choice or one of thousands of Cadbury Hot Chocolate hampers.
The campaign is scheduled to run until the middle of April.
