WELL known Scottish publican, Don Lawson, has moved to fill a gap in the tonic market.
Along with Gary Morren, Don – who operates Johnny Foxes in Inverness – has created Love Tonic.
Love Tonic, they said, uses carefully selected ingredients that enhance any spirit, rather than masking its taste.
Don said: “The fact that Love Tonic is quinine-free is, we believe, an advantage.
“We believe Love Tonic offers a versatility not often found in tonic waters.
“Whether it’s with gin, vodka, whisky, tequila or rum, different flavours are brought out in a variety of spirts.”
