CERTAS Energy UK retail director Richard Billington has set out some lofty goals for the Gulf fuel brand in Scotland.
Billington, who is six months into his new role, has been meeting with forecourt operators and Gulf’s retail team, with a view to improving performance for both.
“Many dealers will talk about growing volume; what I want to do is talk about how to grow profatibility,” he said. “That doesn’t have to be just fuel related, it could be about what their shop offer is, looking at their overheads and working with them.”
