THERE’S a new sheriff in Dunker town as Dairylea parent firm Mondelez extends its snack offer with the roll out of Dunkers Sweet Chilli Baked Bites.
The latest addition to the Dunker range combines tomato salsa-flavoured mini tortilla chips with Dairylea cheese, a combination which Mondelez reckons will excite younger consumers.
Support for the launch of Dairylea Dunkers Sweet Chilli Baked Bites comes in the shape of a £1.3m marketing investment which will include digital and in-store activation.
Dairylea brand manager Rebecca Prout said: “Consumer research shows that parents today are looking for satisfying and enjoyable snack products that will appeal to their child’s developing taste palate. We are sure that combining the third favourite flavour in the crisp category, sweet chilli, with Dairylea’s calcium filled cheese will entice parents and children alike to engage in the snacking kits segment. ”
