IT’S all change at the top of William Grant & Sons with three appointments to its leadership team in the UK and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions.
Rita Greenwood, managing director of UK & Ireland, has been promoted to the role of MD for EMEA, a move which sees outgoing UK commercial director Neil Barker assume her former role.
Coinciding with this shift, Chris Mason also moves to a new role within William Grant & Sons corporate affairs. Mason will continue on as chair of the William Grant & Sons UK Board.
Rita Greenwood said of her appointment: “The UK will continue to be a priority market for me, playing a critical role within the new EMEA region. Neil shares my passion for the UK business, and I am confident that this appointment will ensure both continuity of strategy and strong leadership within the UK team.”
Barker said taking on the role of MD for the UK and Ireland marks an exciting next step in his William Grant career.
