A British soft drinks producer has made it its mission to show people what real iced tea should taste like this summer.
“Most iced tea on our shop shelves comes in a ready-to-drink format, which means it has to be acidified so that it can be preserved,” a spokesperson for Yumcha Drinks said.
By creating a dilutable iced tea (similar in style to a cordial) Yumcha has side stepped the preservation and acidification issues, launching its range with flavours including Lemon Ceylon, Sour Plum, Moroccan Mint, Earl Grey and Jasmine.
