Lees Macaringues, a 24 pack of almond flavour meringue shells, is the first Lees product to be both gluten-free and nut-free.

NPD manager Sheevaun Thomas said: “The launch marks a very exciting time at Lees as it is quite different to anything we have previously developed.

“We have worked hard to get the recipe just right and are pleased we have been able to make the product suitable for those with nut and gluten allergies to still enjoy.”
