THE SGF Conference heard from the Scottish Government’s Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy and Connectivity, Fergus Ewing.
The minister praised the federation’s work in several fields including the work of the SGF Healthy Living Programme.
He also welcomed the publication of the Scottish Local Shop Report, which he said gave government and other politicians valuable factual information about the industry.
