The Retail Trust has announced the relaunch of Retail Winners, the weekly lottery that supports workers in the retail industry, with the first draw on Saturday, July 25.
The new lottery will raise further funds to help the trust support the wellbeing of the millions of dedicated people working in the UK retail sector.
The jackpot has already increased with the first week’s standing at £25,000. Tickets are £1 each, with every person receiving their own unique lottery number for the draws. Entry is online via a Direct Debit form, with card payment options to be rolled out in due course, so players never miss a chance to win.
Michael Green, development director of the Retail Trust, said: “We are incredibly excited about our latest fundraising initiative. This lottery is our way, and the retail industry’s way, of giving back to those who work so hard to make this industry successful. We are offering them a lottery that allows workers to fund help and assistance for others in their industry, as well as having a chance to win the jackpot for themselves.”
