WITH summer sun, hopefully, on the way two major drinks brands have come up with cool new lines, frozen drinks pouches.
SHS Drinks has launched WKD Original Blue, a freeze pouch pack version of its established ready-mixed drink.
Supplied in 9 X 250ml packs, the pouches have an RRP of £2.50.
Marketing director Debs Carter said: “Sales of freeze pouches have more than trebled from £5m to £16m over the past year.”
Kopparberg has also turned its attention to frozen drinks with the launch of Kopparberg Frozen Fruit Cider.
Available in strawberry and lime and elderflower and lime flavours, the 250ml pouches have an RRP of £2.99.
Brand manager Jodie Alliss said: “The demand for a frozen variation of Kopparberg was outstanding.”
