RETAILERS can add more than £2,700 to their annual revenue by adding the CollectPlus service. That’s the finding from PayPoint, which also discovered an associated rise in footfall and new business as two thirds of CollectPlus customers visit a store for the first time.
CollectPlus customers also spend an average of £3.42, according to the research. Four out of five CollectPlus customers say the service encourages them to use their local store more often.
