FRESH bakery specialist Cuisine de France has bought Boulangeries de France, which also manufactures and supplies ready-to-bake products.
Thierry Cacaly, Boulangeries de France’s founder, will run the merged businesses on a day-to-day basis.
Cacaly said: “We will continue to put great bakery at the centre of our business, bringing in Boulangeries’ personal touch and service.”
