SPICY flavours are proving popular in the hot snacks market which, thanks to the return of the lunchbox meal and the rise in numbers lunching at home, has sales currently worth £197m, says Unilever. The firm’s Pot Noodle, the market leader, offers Bombay Bad Boy and Jamaican Jerk among its 11 varieties. The firm also reports growth in its Pot Snacks range, up 12.5% in the last year.
