Loyalty app for Barista Bar coffee rolls out for Spar Scotland

DUNDEE wholesaler CJ Lang & Son has announced a new Barista Bar loyalty app has rolled out across its Spar Scotland stores to enhance its food-to-go strategy.
Available to download across iOS and Android devices now, the new Barista Bar Rewards+ App will allow Spar Scotland customers a new way to engage with the symbol and redeem cups in-store to access special rewards, exclusive offers and enjoy a more personalised in-store experience.
The app will allow shoppers to collect digital stamps with every purchase from Barista Bar, with nine stamps earning a free drink, alongside additional incentives such as birthday rewards and double stamps for using reusable cups.
Users will also be able to gain points through the app by using the Rewards+ programme which can be redeemed for merchandise and special offers.
The app is already in use across Barista Bar locations in Northern Ireland with the express interest in encouraging customer engagement and drive repeat visits, aligning with Spar Scotland’s wider investment in digital innovation and shopper loyalty incentives.
Shoppers who currently have existing physical loyalty cards with Barista Bar will also be able to have these redeemed on the app for a limited four-week period by visiting their local Spar Scotland store.
