VOGO builds RTDs for Scottish convenience store market

SCOTTISH drinks firm Young Spirits is set to revitalise the RTDs category in Scottish convenience with the launch of VOGO party pouches.
Offering a new concept for the convenience market, the new VOGO party pouches blend together premixed vodka shots in handy, pocket-sized pouches in time for the summer season.
Designed and produced by Edinburgh-based firm Young Spirits, the new VOGO pouches feature four fruit-based drink flavours with Strawberry Splash, Tropical Deluxe, Raspberry Blast and Citrus Zing. Each single serve pouch comes with a punchy 15% ABV.
Each variant has been produced to match more fast-tempo nights for consumers by providing a fun, convenient and eye-catching drinks pouches that are aimed at the 20-35 age group.
The VOGO party pouch comes with an RRP of £1.85 in a 35ml serving of vodka mixed with fruit flavours and make for ideal impulse purchases for consumers that can be consumed immediately with no mess, or prep involved.
The pouches come in shelf ready packaging containing 10 pouches which require limited shelf space. Additionally, they can be placed by tills for last-minute purchases as well as in chillers.
With a heavy focus on the Scottish convenience retail sector, VOGO is set to support c-stores with a starter pack which contains 40 pouches – 10 of each flavour – as well as branded POS materials including fridge stickers and clip strips to help create appeal and encourage interest from consumers.
All four SKUs are already listed across Filshill depots and will be rolling out to further wholesalers in the coming months.
