Trio of limited edition flavours roll out from Häagen-Dazs

ICE cream brand Häagen-Dazs is set to shake up freezers across the UK this summer with its three new limited edition ice cream flavours.
Rolling out to the UK for the first time, the new Häagen-Dazs Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownie variants are available in Morrisons stores now with plans for further grocery listings to follow. Both come in a 420ml tub with an RRP of £5.75.
Both come as shoppers continue to shout out for more dessert-inspired flavours across the ice cream and wider confectionery categories. Worldpanel by Numerator research has found that one in three consumers now rank dessert-inspired flavours among their top three ice cream favourites, with Tiramisu emerging as a particular crowd-pleaser.
Häagen-Dazs says the new flavours should be ideal for dinner parties or as a post-barbecue treat for consumers as the mercury begins to rise.
Rounding out the trio, Häagen-Dazs has brought its global favourite Matcha Green Tea to the UK for the first time. As the No.1 global Matcha ice cream brand, according to Nielsen data, Häagen-Dazs believes this new launch will resonate strongly with consumers across the UK. It will launch exclusively in Waitrose stores with an RRP of £6 per 460ml tub.
Holly Bouldin, head of brand at Häagen-Dazs UK, said: “With consumers increasingly seeking little luxuries and treating themselves to premium options, Häagen-Dazs is driving overall ice cream growth.
“We’re a brand consumers recognise as worth paying more for thanks to our superior quality and impeccable product experience.
“We’re confident this limited-edition range will fly out freezers as people crave indulgent treats and premium options to enjoy this summer.”
