Croissant brand 7 Days has unveiled its first collaboration since it was acquired by Mondelēz International with the new Oreo Croissant.

CROISSANT brand 7 Days has unveiled an indulgent new collaboration with the launch of the new 7 Days Oreo Croissant.

Marking the first piece of collaborative NPD for 7 Days since parent firm Mondelēz International acquired the brand, the new product boasts a unique recipe that blends together the soft, airy dough of a classic 7 Days croissant with the distinctive taste of Oreo cream and cookie pieces.

Mondelēz said the launch will help to introduce a unique proposition for the bakery category and encourage fans of the Oreo brand to explore 7 Days further.

On top of this, the snacks giant also noted that its co-branded pack design will help to deliver some extra stand-out on shelf and reinforce the 7 Days ability to engage with its shoppers and capture their attention.

The new 7 Days Oreo Croissant will sit alongside the 7 Days core range consisting of 7 Days Cocoa and 7 Days Cocoa & Vanilla. Each 60g pack comes with an RRP of 66p.

A spokesperson for Mondelēz International said: “The collaborative croissant is the first UK NPD for 7 Days since Mondelēz International acquired the business in 2021, and introduces a distinctive proposition within the bakery snacking category, offering retailers a clear point of difference on shelf.

This combination has been carefully developed to appeal to both existing 7 Days shoppers and loyal OREO fans looking for something different, exceeding expectations in consumer testing.”
