CRISPS and snacks giant PepsiCo has kicked off the excitement for the Fifa World Cup 2026 with a new on-pack promotion for Walkers MAX crisps.
As part of a major on-pack promotion across its Walkers MAX range, shoppers are in with the chance to win tickets to the opening match of the tournament.
Running until 8 March, Walkers MAX will be the only snacks brand in the Walkers portfolio offering the exclusive chance to win trips to the Fifa World Cup 2026 opening match, alongside thousands of official Adidas footballs available to be won instantly.
PepsiCo said this will provide retailers with a clear opportunity to tap into early football excitement and bring the buzz of the world’s biggest sporting event into stores across the UK.
Available across grocery and impulse channels, the on-pack promotion enables retailers to activate excitement for the tournament early in the year and into the spring months, extending the momentum beyond the traditional summer peaks.
The promotion can be seen across Walkers MAX Punchy Paprika, Sizzling Flame Grilled Steak, Jalapeño & Cheese and Hot Chicken Wings, spanning both grab and sharing bag formats. Packs will be available in 50g (£1.10 RRP), 70g (£1.35) and 140g (£2.25 RRP).
