Morrisons has marked the rollout of its More Card to Morrisons Daily franchise stores with the launch of an exclusive new points promotion.

SUPERMARKET chain Morrisons has launched a new promotion for its Morrisons Daily customers, offering consumers the chance to earn more points via its More Card.

Exclusive for its franchise partners, the new ‘Spend-Stretch’ promo will allow shoppers will be able to earn 1500 points when they spend £15 or more in a Morrisons Daily store. This comes as Morrisons looks to mark the completion of the rollout of More Cards to Daily franchise stores.

The promotion kicks off from 8 October and will see those customers who spend £15 or more in-store receive an additional 1,500 More Card Points. These points can then be redeemed across Morrisons stores, with 5,000 points equating to a ‘Morrisons Fiver’, which can be redeemed during a future shop.

Morrisons has said this marks the latest milestone in the rollout of the More Card to Franchise partners, which began in summer 2025, and saw independent retailers operating a Morrisons Daily store to be the first in the sector to offer customers access to a supermarket loyalty scheme.

Alongside the new promotion, Morrisons has further strengthened the franchise offer with the addition of over 200 new own-brand lines being introduced to Daily stores over the next five weeks. More than half of these products are fresh, with 30 lines in the supermarket’s premium The Best range as well.

Katharine Challinor, head of retail for franchise at Morrisons, said: “Rollling out the More Card in franchise stores is part of our commitment to driving value for our customers however they shop with us.

“This exclusive promotion is a significant opportunity for our franchise partners, as well as a celebratory moment for us as the More Card roll-out nears completion in these stores.”
