Leading confectionery wholesaler Hancocks has announced its next Sweetest Day event for retailers this summer on 10 July.

LEADING confectionery wholesaler Hancocks has announced its next Sweetest Day event for retailers this summer.

Sponsored by KitKat, retailers will be welcome to the one-day promotions extravaganza on 10 July offering deals across a range of massive confectionery brands including Haribo, Sweet Bandit, Warheads, Barratt and Coca-Cola.

Hancocks has been running the deal-focused events for three years, offering retailers enticing deals to both online and in-store customers.

Their summer event will take place on Thursday 10 July from 8am to 8pm across all 14 of its depots across the UK. This marks the latest Sweetest Day event for the wholesaler since its spring event on 8 May.

This event has been sponsored by KitKat and has been designed to celebrate independent retailers and encourage customers to stock up with over 200 unmissable deals, free samples and prizes up for grabs.

Retailers can make big savings on popular KitKat lines including £3.30 off KitKat Blocks in Hazelnut, Salted Caramel or Double Chocolate flavours and £3.50 off KitKat four-finger bars in a range of flavours.

There are also savings on novelty lines inlcuding £1.50 off a range of Kidsmania novelty, £1 off Barratt Dip Dab and Flumps Candy Floss and £1.50 off Sweet Bandit Wicked Dipper and Fizzy Soda Cans.

Key impulse lines will also see a slash in prices, with £1.40 off Pez lines including on characters from massively popular franchises such as Lilo & Stitch, Minecraft and Hello Kitty.

Retailers will also be able to pick up some deals on Hancocks’ wide range of pick and mix favourites, such as a £1.10 saving on Candy Realms 1p Tubs, making them £2.49 for 1kg of sweets.

Kingsway Pick and Mix Double Deal will also allow customers to buy 10 or more bags and save 40p per bag, or buy 20 or more bags and save £1 per bag.
