Sweet new touch for Realfoods by Organico
ORGANIC food company, Realfoods by Organico, has launched into the sweet biscuits market with its new brand three crunchy, sweet biscuits.
Organic vegan Choc Chip biscuits are packed with rich, dark chocolate, wheat and whole oats. Organic Speculoos, are a version of the Belgian favourite, Speculaas, and the final variant is the timeless, Petit Beurre.
Charles Redfern, founder of Realfoods by Organico, said: “We deliberately choose simple yet instantly recognisable biscuit recipes that allow small decks of wholesome, gently baked ingredients to shine, as such thinking aligns effortlessly with our overriding quest to curate amazing yet convenient products that make your heart sing whilst being good for the planet.”
The new range aims to tackle the demand for “mood foods” according to Organico in a bid to appeal to a younger generation with a range of options that can suit different mood states, whether this be to perk someone up or as a small treat.
And, much like the rest of the Organico range, the new biscuits retain an all-natural approach to development and respond to the demand for less ultra-processed foods.
This marks the first move into the sweet biscuits market for the brand and bolsters Organico’s range shake up after the brand unveiled a makeover in 2024.
Redfern, said: “Historically, consumers’ attitudes to purchasing ‘indulgent treats’ has been more relaxed in terms of eating guidelines, too often vindicated as a well-deserved time-out from the daily eating regime.
“In truth, there’s no reason whatsoever why even our more guilty snacking choices can’t juggle best-in-class ingredients, enticing taste buds and a little sweet snacking guilt with being better for the planet!”.
Organic vegan Choc Chip biscuits, Organic Speculoos and Petit Beurre biscuits range in size from 110-125g with an RRP of £2.59.
