Spicy Nashville-style chicken to win snacking sales

SNACKING giant Kellanova has expanded the flavour range in convenience for its spicy Pringles Hot range with the new Blazin’ Fried Chicken flavour.
Following a successful roll out across grocers nationwide, the Pringles Hot flavour is now expanding into the convenience sector to bring even more spicy snacks sales success to stores owners.
Pringles Hot Blazin’ Fried Chicken is available nationwide across Bestway, Dhamecha, Parfetts, Sugro and Unitas locations now in 160g tubes with an RRP of £2.75.
The new flavour was inspired by the popular Nashville-style chicken from the US and was voted one of the most appealing meat-style flavour options by Pringles fans.
Awareness of Pringles Hot Blazin’ Fried Chicken with convenience shoppers will be amplified by the year-long partnership with footballer Cole Palmer, helping to add some firepower to the launch and propel consumer demand to create huge sales opportunities for retailers.
This marks the latest Pringles flavour to roll out across the convenience channel after Kellanova launched its new Flame Grilled Steak variant exclusively to the sector earlier in 2025.
Seanáin McGuigan, Pringles brand manager UK&I, said: “With the rise in popularity of hot and spicy foods in the UK, our new Blazin’ Fried Chicken flavour taps into this growing trend to give consumers more variety and choice when it comes to spicy snacks.
“We know it’s been a hit in the grocery channel and we’re excited to keep sales hot by giving convenience retailers the opportunity to capitalise on this trend.
“Partnering with Cole Palmer for the launch of Blazin’ Fried Chicken was a no brainer – he’s infamous for being a cool operator, so it was a lot of fun to turn up the heat and see whether he could handle our Hot range!
“With increased brand visibility and investment, retailers should ensure their shelves are stocked to meet demand.”
