TIN-TO-TABLE sourced artisan fish brand Fish4Ever has expanded on its line-up of options with the addition of its new Cornish Sardines range.

Aiming to offer consumers an all-natural and sustainable source of protein for their diets, the new Cornish Sardines range offers consumers a snacking option or food to build into a larger meal time recipe that is packed with healthy oils and vitamins including omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins D and B12.

Each pack also contains a Protected Designation of Origin status stamp to help highlight its natural source and includes a QR code that consumers can scan to trace the fish inside right back to the small boat that it was caught in.

The full range also provides consumers with a touch of Mediterranean flair with four different variants along with the Cornish Sardines in Spring Water. These consist of Sardines in Organic Olive Oil & Lemon; Organic Sunflower Oil; Organic Piri Piri Sauce; and Organic Tomato Sauce.

Charles Redfern, founder of Fish4Ever, said: “As a UK protected, designated origin hero, Cornish Sardines are a ‘local shores’ success story we’ve been seeking to champion for many years at Fish4Ever.

“It was also imperative we worked with a like-minded, home-grown cannery in keeping with our ‘socially positive’ priorities.

“Sardines are not only insanely moreish but a nutritionally-ripped, lean protein superfood jam-packed with omega-3 fatty acids, vitmain D, B12, calcium, selenium and phosphorus.”
