Expanding the snack occasion in a sweet way

CHILLED milkshake brand Shaken Udder has unveiled two new flavours to its range with Raspberry Ripple and Scoff-The-Lot.
Available from 3 March in both 330ml and 750ml formats, the new drinks tap into the growing demand for familiar dessert flavours with consumers, but with a modern twist.
Made using natural ingredients, Raspberry Ripple blends together real raspberries with milk in a bid to replicate the classic dessert, raspberry ripple ice cream. Meanwhile, Scoff-The-Lot has a warming hint of cinnamon with a rich sweetness to replicate the flavour of caramelised biscuits.
Shaken Udder Raspberry Ripple 330ml will be available in Tesco, Morrisons and Booths from 3 March with an RRP of £1.85. Scoff-The-Lot will also roll out to Tesco shelves on 3 March in the 750ml format, before the 330ml variant hits Sainsbury’s shelves from 28 April.
Jo Abram, marketing director at Shaken Udder, said: “We’re a nation of snackers and 58% of people choose milkshakes as a snack between meals. With shoppers gravitating towards dessert flavours in their snacks, our latest launches will hit the spot for those looking for tasty, familiar favourites.
“By using our expertise in real ingredients, we’ve created two new flavours that focus on taste, yet contain absolutely nothing artificial, so consumers can still enjoy the important vitamins and minerals that milk provides.
“As the number two milkshake brand in grocery multiples, retailers can be confident that our latest launches will appeal to dessert lovers everywhere.”
