NATURAL foods brand Pep & Lekker has rolled out a new range functional crackers to appeal to the added health benefits product demand.
With an ambition to help improve customers’ gut health along with being gluten-free, the new 110g cracker boxes come in Original Mixed Seed and Rosemary Mixed Seed variants.
Each box contains approximately nine crackers and has been made using 12 plant varieties from the whole six plant groups spectrum – wholegrains, fruit, legumes, nuts, seeds and herbs & spices – with an RSP of £2.75 per box.
Additionally, each cracker has been made using olive oil instead of the more plant-unfriendly option of palm oil or other vegetable oils, adding further appeal to the more sustainability-conscious consumer.
