A convenient solution for spring cleaning this year
WASHING up liquid Fairy is set to transform spring cleaning this year with the launch of Fairy Skip the Soak Power Spray.
Claiming to offer consumers a faster, more effortless way to clean up dishes and surfaces, the new Fairy Skip the Soak Power Spray is available nationwide now and is suitable for use across sink areas, dishwashers as well as kitchen surfaces.
Each 500ml bottle comes in a new innovative, recyclable pack and parent firm Procter & Gamble (P&G) claims it can deliver the same result as an overnight soak for dishes in mere minutes. And consumers can have pick of their favourite smell too, with either a Fresh scent or Lemon variant.
The launch follows on from a recent consumers survey commissioned by the Fairy brand which found that soaking and washing pots and pans was one of the most stressful household chores for consumers, after cleaning the bathroom.
And 59% of respondents agreed that leaving pans our soaking or cluttering countertops with dirty dishes is a regular source of arguments for households.
With this in mind, P&G has called on UK households to #SkipTheSoak and reclaim more time and peace of mind doing their household chores.
A spokesperson for Procter & Gamble said: “Many people believe that they need to soak dishes before putting them in the dishwasher or washing up by hand, to get rid of ‘baked-on grease’.Â
“However, consumers can skip the lengthy process of soaking dishes using Fairy Power Spray which enables an overnight soak in minutes – so that you can stop soaking, scrubbing or pre-washing dishes, and simply watch the grease and grime melt away with ease.
“Plus, it ensures a tidy kitchen worktop as the crockery doesn’t pile up for hours.”
