Award to open doors for English sparkling wine brand

English sparking wine firm Hambledon Vineyard is seeking new avenues to expand the business following an award win at the Frontier Awards.

ENGLISH sparkling wine firm Hambledon Vineyard has marked its recent win at the Frontier Awards in Cannes, claiming the gong will help open doors in the retail market.

As part of the 40th annual Frontier Awards, Hambledon picked up the award for the Star Wines product category, in partnership with Virgin Atlantic Airways. The airline introduced the Hambledon Classic Cuvée to its Upper Class wine list, making it a permanent fixture this year due to popularity.

Now the brand has said it is looking for new opportunities to expand the business to build further on this success, with an ambition to grow in key markets including with retailers.
