We highlight new products that Scottish c-store retailers might want to stock
1. Bobby’s Sweets new hanging bag products
CONFECTIONERY firm Bobby’s Sweets has expanded on its popular range of hanging bag products with the launch of three new variants.
Available now, the additions join the existing line-up of best-sellers in the Bobby’s range to help deliver extra sales for retailers.
The newcomers are the Blue Razz Dreams – a new flavour take on the brand’s popular Strawberry Dreams sweets – Fruit Fools and Vimto Fried Eggs.
Each variant comes with an RRP of £1.25 per bag and are also price-marked to help communicate value directly to consumers.
To help further support these launches, Bobby’s has also introduced a new 24-hook stand, which has been designed to display the expanded range more effectively in stores.
Carmelina Mancini, marketing manager at Bobby’s Sweets, said: “Since the initial launch of the bagged sweets range in 2022, Bobby’s has seen a growing demand for diverse and innovative sweet options.”
2. Twinings Sparkling Tea
TEA brand Twinings has launched a new range of canned sparkling tea to the soft drinks market.
Offering consumers an option with additional health benefits, the range has three different flavours made up of Refresh – Juicy Raspberry Lemonade, Defence – Zesty Orange & Passionfruit and Boost – Zingy Lemon & Ginger.
Each drink contains added vitamins and minerals and they come in single can formats at an RRP of £1.89.

3. Republic Technologies Swan Just Paper filters
REPUBLIC Technologies has strengthened its sustainable offer with the launch of its new Swan Just Paper filters.
The new launch features a ‘flip-a-tip’ design, which dispenses loose extra slim filters without the use of plastic rods, helping to add to the 100% plastic-free range from the Swan brand.
Each box contains 120 filters, with 10 boxes per outer, with an RRP of £1.45 per consumer unit.

4. Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt
THE Emmi Group has launched its new Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt in Morrisons stores.
Available for £1.95 RRP at the supermarket’s stores, the yoghurt arrives as the brand aims to respond to a rising demand for the dairy product coming from consumers.
Mathidle van Roon, head of Onken at Emmi UK, said: “We know our consumers love using our Natural Set Yogurt as a healthy alternative to other fats in their cooking.
“That’s why we’re excited to expand our natural range with the new Greek Style Natural Set Yogurt.”
