Get ready for this summer’s big football tournament
SPAR Scotland wholesaler CJ Lang & Son Ltd has teamed up with James Hall, the wholesaler supporting retailers with the symbol in the north of England, to launch a Euros-based digital marketing campaign.
Called Win With Every Goal (WWEG) the UEFA Euro 2024 inspired initiative offers Spar Scotland customers the chance to win daily prizes. There is also the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win £10,000!
A closed photoshoot at Hampden Park, the home of Scottish football, played host to colleagues from CJ Lang and James Hall, along with former Scotland international player Colin Hendry, to celebrate the joint activation.
In an exciting first, Spar Scotland have sponsored the Dundee Fanzone, with a huge 48sq meter screen showing all of the national team’s Euro 2024 group stage matches.
A store event in Spar Keith, with lots of goodies given away and an appearance from Colin Hendry, kicked off the campaign yesterday.
And colleagues across the Spar Scotland store estate are being encouraged to dig out their kilts and wear tartan on 14 June to celebrate the first Scotland game.
WWEG is running from now until 17 July. The campaign is simple – customers will register via a dedicated app – or via the everygoal.co.uk website – to play the game and be in with a chance to win prizes.
The customer is given a team and chooses to either play WWEG based on goals scored or conceded.
There’s a £400k prize fund available that includes digital vouchers, scratch cards, a £200 daily winner and one £10,000 winner for each region.
