Retailers urged to visit online portal for incoming operator of The National Lottery
ALLWYN, the incoming operator of The National Lottery, is urging c-store owners to visit its online retailer portal as soon as possible so that their is no interruption to the service.
Retailers need to log on via TNLpartners.co.uk and electronically transfer their existing retailer agreement from Camelot to Allwyn by 18 December.
The company says shopkeepers will receive communications outlining what they need to do – including registering their store, creating an account, confirming their personal details and reading and signing their Transfer of Retailer Agreement.
Completing this process will ensure stores are set up to continue selling The National Lottery ahead of the changeover from Camelot on 1 February 2024 – and Allwyn stressed the task can only be carried out by shop owners.
Camelot retail sales executives – working on behalf of Allwyn – will visit retailers over the next few months to advise them or they can call the free Retailer Hotline on 0800 8 40 50 60 for help. The portal also includes a simple ‘how to’ video.
Allwyn retail director Katharine Challinor said: “We appreciate summer is a busy time for retailers, so we’re really grateful to them for prioritising this – and for all they continue to do in selling National Lottery tickets.”
