AG Barr has added some extra energy to its portfolio with the acquisition of Boost Drinks.
The energy drinks firm is set to continue its operations in Leeds, acting as a standalone business unit within the AG Barr group, with no changes set to be made to leadership.
Simon Gray, chief executive officer at Boost Drinks, said: “This is a really exciting next step in Boost’s journey as AG Barr has a proven track record of acquiring and developing attractive brands.
“We are confident that together we will be even stronger positioned to take advantage of a number of exciting growth opportunities.”
