AG BARR has stepped up its Irn-Bru marketing activity ahead of the premiere of its new festive advert by turning some of Scotland’s iconic landmarks orange.
The Hydro and Kelpies have been glowing orange in anticipation of the launch of the sequel to the much-loved original Irn-Bru Snowman advert.
Radio advertising and social media are also being used to promote the advert, which will finally be unveiled tomorrow (1 December.
The firm recommended that retailers should prominently display all three variants of Irn-Bru (regular, sugar free and Xtra) and use their Snowman-branded POS to create in-store theatre and maximise this profit opportunity.
