Pot snack brand lands in the UK with a six strong range
THERE are plenty of snack brands making health claims on the market today, but few quite like the backstory of new arrival Mr Lees Noodles.
The new six-strong range of pot snacks, which landed in the UK this summer, is the brainchild of entrepreneur Damien Lee.
Lee, a survivor of terminal cancer, created the brand after embarking on a raw food diet during his chemotherapy treatment. The brand founder reckons the additive free noodle pots, which are priced at RRP £2.50-£2.99, plug a gap in the market for healthy, premium instant noodles.
Mr Lees Noodles are currently available in: Hong Kong Street Beef, Coconut Chicken Laksa, Tai Chi Chicken, Warrior, Fighting Shrimp, and vegan friendly duo Dragon Fire Vegetables, and Zen Garden Vegetables.
All six varieties are certified low in sugar by international authority Sugarwise, and gluten free by health charity Coeliac UK.
