HERBOLOGIST Hamish Martin has teamed up with Steve Ross to launch a range of gins under the banner of the Old Curiosity Distillery.
The three varieties are distilled and bottled at Martin’s Secret Herb Garden near Edinburgh, the gins are flavoured with botanicals from the 7.5-acre site.
The three varieties are: Apothecary Rose – with an ancient species of rose; Lavender and Echinacea – said to have restorative and medicinal properties; and Chamomile and Cornflower – with blue cornflower pigments.
