City store and PO changes hands

L&Js Grocers, a grocer and Post Office business on the outskirts of Aberdeen city centre has been s old through business broker Bruce & Co.
The store, which was owned and run by Mr and Mrs Jenkins, who are retiring, offers a wide selection of general groceries, newspapers, magazines, chilled produce, confectionery, beer, wine and spirits. The Post Office was added in 2014. Included in the sale was a further empty retail unit, which provides new owner Mr Ul-Haq with scope to generate rental income.
