SANDYS Store, an established shop in West Granton, Edinburgh has been sold through specialist business agent Bruce & Co. The business was put on the market by owners Mr and Mrs Rankin and their son, who had run it for almost 17 years.
The store stocks a selection of general grocery and convenience items, cigarettes, alcohol and household items, has a Post Office and also offers Lotto, PayPoint and an ATM machine. It had also traded as a takeaway and has all equipment and service areas still in place.
Following three viewings and two offers, the business was sold to Mr Latif, on a leasehold basis for £58,500. He said he is always looking for businesses and would be happy to work with Bruce & Co again.
