Natural Selection Brewing has launched a beer that it says recalls the start of the craft beer revolution in America.
Natural Selection is a collaboration between MSc students at Heriot-Watt University, the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling, and Edinburgh brewer Stewart Brewing.
Launching its latest product, Bitter Descent, project coordinator Sarah Brown said: “The extra special bitter is the style that sparked the craft beer revolution in the US in the 70s and 80s.
“Bitter Descent is the culmination of over six months development – it’s balanced and dangerously drinkable.”
